The Valley's End farm set against the Langeberg Mountain range,
consists of grasslands, hills, valleys and ravines. The farm
has a variety of natural habitats, including fynbos*,
indigenous trees and riverine thickets.
Naturally occurring wild animals include
a range of antelope, lynx, porcupine, honey badgers and many
more. Bird life is prolific in the area and includes a wide
variety of species, including blue cranes, secretary birds
and a range of raptors.
The Valley's End farm is an active part of
the Grootvadersbosch Nature Conservancy.
Guests are accommodated in well appointed and well equipped
self catering guest cottages, with sweeping views of the whole
farm, neighboring farms, and the Langeberg.
Although the cottages are self-catering, breakfast and dinner are available on request.
